Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ClipMix ("ClipMix", "we", "us"), an AI video and image generation service available at clipmix.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ClipMix.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ClipMix. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2. The service

ClipMix lets you generate video clips and images from text prompts using third-party AI models. Generation is metered in credits. Outputs are produced by automated models and may vary in quality, accuracy and style; we do not guarantee any particular result, availability, or generation time.

3. Credits & payment

  • Generations consume credits based on the model, resolution and length selected.
  • New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance; one-off packs add credits to your balance.
  • If a generation fails, the credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Except as required by law or expressly stated, payments and purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ClipMix to create, upload or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others;
  • depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes;
  • is sexual content involving minors, or sexualizes minors in any way;
  • promotes violence, harassment, hate, or self-harm;
  • is intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate;
  • attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or circumvent the service or its rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

5. Your content & ownership

As between you and ClipMix, you own the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms, the outputs you generate. Paid plans include a commercial-use license for outputs you create. You grant ClipMix a limited license to host, process, store and transmit your prompts and outputs solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your content or use it to train models.

You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of outputs comply with applicable law and any third-party rights.

6. Third-party AI providers

ClipMix relies on third-party AI models and services to generate content. Their availability, behavior and terms are outside our control, and changes by them may affect the service.

7. Disclaimers

ClipMix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipMix and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim or USD 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ClipMix harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may stop using ClipMix at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClipMix operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
